Great experience. Yuda was very problem solving oriented. He was well equipped with providing knowledge on small things that could help in the long run. Also, attentive to detail and presenting new innovative ideas he has seen in the market place. Phone service when first calling was also warm and welcoming. Oasis plumbing accommodated quickly and were transparent. Thank you!
I was blown away by the level of service and professionalism I received from Oasis Plumbing. From the beginning when they promptly answered the phone, to them showing up on time to the initial appointment, to the consultation, to the final installation of our new outdoor tankless water heater. Best service experience I have experienced in Miami since moving here in 2003. Note*** This company is not the cheapest option, but they if you are looking for someone to get the job right the first time, without shortcuts, give you high quality equipment, and the best customer service experience around, than this is the company for you. Hands down the best in Miami in my opinion.
Yuda was great. He and his team were very professional and responsive. Most of all they were transparent with regards to both the work and pricing, which are great traits. We have had several plumbing companies in the past year and Oasis has by far exceeded them in customer service, price and professionalism.
Rony and his team came yesterday to replace pipes that were not installed properly resulting in water sitting in the pipes. The team arrived on time, they worked all day and took great care of the property, even laying a tarp on the lawn where they placed the soil that was dug up in order to not create a mess. The team was considerate, wore masks the entire time despite the warm climate they we’re working in. They were also quiet. We would recommend them with no reservations.
Fast, Competitively priced, courteous service! This is the second time I have called on Oasis Plumbing to repair/replace/update plumbing fixtures and pipes and valves in our 1960s built condominium. Rony was patient and kind and fixed our problems correctly. While we hope we don’t need to call on them again anytime soon, if something plumbing related comes up, we wouldn’t consider calling anyone else! Above and beyond service that is much appreciated!
