So I called to ask a question in regards to citizenship and immigration. Before I could even ask the question, the lady over the phone asked what I was calling for, I said citizenship and immigration. She replied, we don't do it any longer, good luck and hung up!!!! She didn't even wait to hear my question!!!! No customer service why so ever!
