Echo came to our rescue on the referral of our air conditioning service person and we couldn't be more pleased! Within 24 hours of our initial contact with Matt, installation of our new AC was completed! Matt took time to explain all steps of the process and followed up throughout and after installation was complete. Our install team, led by Elio, was prompt, hard working and left the work areas clean. Highly recommended!
Called Echo because I got to my apartment and my A/C was not working. It was very warm and stuffy. It was after business hours, so my complex did not have anyone on staff to come help out. The owner answered the phone and told me the price of an after-hours service and the price if I waited until the next day. He asked me to tell him more about my unit and what was going on. He ended up walking me through how to pull my filter out and check for ice, which is what was wrong! I let the ice melt and inserted a new filter and all was well. I thought it was so nice he offered to walk me through the process. I definitely recommend working with this company--they are so kind and professional!
I live in Tampa and called Echo to assist with my grandmother's AC issue. Rosalynn answered the phone after only 2 rings, I knew this was the right company to resolve the issue. I randomly chose Echo because they were 24/7. They were at my grandmas apartment in 2 hours and diagnosed the issue immediately. The cost was very affordable and I felt they charged honestly and did not try to "pad" the invoice with bogus charges like other companies will do. Overall this was a very unique situation and Echo handled it with care, service and affordability. I will be a returning customer.
Matt at Echo had the tech at my house next day for a coil clean and UV bulb install. Very pro clean cut tech, not your usual trade school grad. Tech was patient, knew all the answers. Outside fan motor was also upgraded, makes almost no noise. Neighbors are happy. I was letting it squeak for 2 years. I was out of warranty and was quoted more than double what Echo asked for so I just let it go until now. Very happy with everything.
