Have always encountered friendly employees via telephone calls to the office and have had wonderful, knowledgeable field service representatives when visits made to my home. Today Angel was the field tech and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was thorough and took the time to explain to me his findings and to let me know of possible need to replace the UV bulb in the future. Would love to have him return to service my system at my next appointment in Spring 2021.
I initially had my unit installed by another company (Florida Heat and Air). I tried calling their emergency service for my issue four times but they did not answer. I needed service because my A.C. drain line was clogged. I did a Google search and found Advanced Air. The customer service agent promptly called me back in less than 10 minutes. Javier was the epitome of customer service. He arrived earlier than scheduled. He was very professional and courteous. He was willing to answer all my questions and make the most cost effective suggestions for my situation. I would say all their other 5 star reviews share the same sentiments as I do. I also enrolled in their $17 a month maintenance plan. From now on I will request Javier from Advanced Air & Refrigeration for all my home A.C. needs. I hope the owners will do everything possible to keep Javier and their other employees happy because it seems they have a very reliable and trustworthy crew. Keep up the great work team!
Very professional service. Scheduling a maintenance cannot be easier. As a customer you're automatically called or receive a text to schedule your next maintenance. If things change, it's very easy to re-schedule the maintenance either with customer service or even online. A day before the maintenance you receive a text to confirm the maintenance. And on the date, the staff shows up on time and does a very clean and professional job with a detailed report on your AC status. Nothing more to add. Excellent. Thank you.
Jordan just completed my Cool Club Check Up. I have been an Advanced AC customer for over 10 years and have had several different Technicians service my system for regular check ups and repairs. Jordan was by far the best. He was very knowledgeable, did a good job cleaning my AC System, reviewed and explained what he checked with photos and was very courteous and friendly.
