I had another AC company for years, Mostly because they sold me a 7 year service contract, even though I purchased the biggest AC unit available my home never seemed to cool as well as it should. Finally I called Accurate and all my problems were solved! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable (took the time to thoroughly explain my options and even talked me out of purchasing a new unit--saying it was not necessary or in my best interest) and seemed to generally care. What a breath of fresh air to find a truly honest company in today's business world! They will most certainly service all my AC needs from now on. Thanks Accurate!
Mores showed up on time and was respectful and most importantly was knowledgeable. He preformed the maintenance and presented some deficiencies with the previous maintenance work. Highly recommend them.
We arrived at our condo on Marco Island this evening. The A/C worked for about 10 minutes and then completely died. I called Accurate at 7:00pm on a Sunday evening, and James was at our place by 8:30pm. He rapidly identified the problem, fixed it, and was on his way in 1/2 hour! James was professional and very courteous. And, since we had a service contract with them, there was no additional charge. Highly recommend. Thanks Accurate!
I paid for a service agreement and I was unable to schedule it due to schedule conflicts on my part. When our air stopped blowing cold last night, I called to see about getting it checked out. I was told I couldn’t use my maintenance service (that I had already paid for) until August due to Covid19. Yet, they could come out today if I paid an additional service fee. I think they call that double dipping. No thank you.
