I paid for a service agreement and I was unable to schedule it due to schedule conflicts on my part. When our air stopped blowing cold last night, I called to see about getting it checked out. I was told I couldn’t use my maintenance service (that I had already paid for) until August due to Covid19. Yet, they could come out today if I paid an additional service fee. I think they call that double dipping. No thank you.
We arrived at our condo on Marco Island this evening. The A/C worked for about 10 minutes and then completely died. I called Accurate at 7:00pm on a Sunday evening, and James was at our place by 8:30pm. He rapidly identified the problem, fixed it, and was on his way in 1/2 hour! James was professional and very courteous. And, since we had a service contract with them, there was no additional charge. Highly recommend. Thanks Accurate!
My wife her mom and sister arrived at our place, Sunday 4/2/17. My wife heard a strange dripping noise and realized there was something wrong with the drain for the AC condensate line. I called Accurate and spoke with Angie. Angie is an employee on call, not part of an answering service. I explained my situation and she suggested setting up a maintenance agreement where they come out twice a year and check the system, replace the filter, etc. She also explained what I needed done would be covered if I signed up which was cheaper than just having a technician come out just this once to fix the clogged drain. I signed up, on a Sunday mind you, and a technician was at my place in about 30 minutes and corrected the problem. Living in the Chicago area and not at my place all the time, this is something I should have done a long time ago anyway. Accurate has a customer for life. Thanks again for the great service. 6/12/18- Our air quit working, burned up capacitor. Called Accurate at 5:30pm and my A/C was working by 7. Do yourself a favor and enroll in their maintenance program. Since I was enrolled for the second year in a row I didn’t pay after hours labor rates. They did a maintenance check in early April but capacitors go out without warning so no one could have foreseen it burning up. Technician was very nice as well. Thanks again Accurate.
SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND JUST GO WITH ACCURATE! Overall very satisfied with Accurate Comfort Services. The staff is always warm and inviting on the phone and often take the time to walk you through some steps to get the AC up and running; ALL FOR FREE! I have never had a company tell me how to do some simple things (like restart a breaker) so that I could solve the issue myself for free; so refreshing. If they can't get your system up and running through a few simple fixes they get someone out there the same day. When I became a customer Dave told me that he tries to treat all his customers like family and after my many years of being their customer I truly believe it.
